2019 has been a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. I like to summarise it best with this 30 minutes long mix of various genres of music influenced by the changes in my life this year from my health transformation to family and friends who I had connected with or lost.

This song is also a tribute to those who had made an impact in my life, inspired me to continue my path of learning and change. And to those who had unfortunately left this beautiful world, thank you to have crossed paths, it has been an honor.
